Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

• Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
• We will issue a free replacement or store credit upon verification.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
