1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the strict handling standards required for these materials, all orders placed with Vivo Peptides are considered final once submitted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have left our facility, as we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or product integrity after delivery.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package and product
- A short explanation of the issue
Once the claim is reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once a shipping label or tracking number has been generated, the order is considered in fulfillment and can no longer be canceled, refunded, or modified.
4. Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Vivo Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect delivery details, or other events outside of our control.
We will do our best to assist customers with tracking updates when possible, but shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for a refund.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
Vivo Peptides may assist by providing shipment details, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier acceptance.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Improper handling or storage after delivery
- Carrier delays in transit
- Packages refused by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Any approved resolution, including refund, replacement, or store credit, will be determined solely at the discretion of Vivo Peptides after review.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is any issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it directly.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and prior communication history.
